We don't offer refunds, but you might be eligible for a credit for any future purchase with us if your purchase was not what it should have been.

We work hard to get your orders shipped as quickly and efficiently possible, but there may be delays beyond our control. In the event that an order is delayed you are able to cancel current order and because of this circumstances you'll be offered a credit for future purchases with us!
You may not use the product if it's claimed to be defective. In this case, we'll provide you with a return label so that your unused items can be returned and a credit amount will be sent via email for a future purchase with us. If there are any signs of use then no credit will be provided.
